About the Role
The SozDia Foundation Berlin is seeking a systemically trained professional (m/f/d) for its professional coordination team. This role involves translating professional knowledge into daily practice, refining the team's approach, and enhancing the quality of pedagogical work within a 24/7 residential group for children aged 9-13 in acute crisis situations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute expertise in team meetings and professional case discussions.
- Co-develop the facility's concept with the team.
- Conduct short training sessions, workshops, and practical modules.
- Systematically foster a team approach sensitive to attachment, development, and trauma.
- Facilitate structured case reflections, peer consultations, and practical mini-coaching sessions on-site.
- Translate children's life perspectives and theoretical knowledge into concrete action strategies.
- Collaborate professionally with the Berlin Children's Emergency Service, Youth Welfare Office, and external counseling centers, including writing professional statements and reports.
- Work with the professional coordinator on tasks ensuring the facility's operation.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in child and youth welfare, preferably in 24/7 residential settings.
- Proficiency in case consultation, moderation, and team support.
- Clear, structured, and documentation-secure work style.
- Ideally, experience in didactic preparation and delivery of professional knowledge.

Salary/Compensations
- €4,553 - €5,033 per month (full-time)
