About the Role
Sunstate Equipment Company is building an ongoing talent pipeline for future Heavy Equipment Mechanic and CDL Driver openings. Qualified candidates will be considered as opportunities arise.
Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment, ensuring proper operation
- Perform routine tests, service, and inspections to ensure equipment is ready to rent
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in training to ensure compliance with standards
- Load, unload, and transport equipment to and from customer jobsites
- Ensure on-time delivery, securing customer delivery confirmation signature on paperwork
- Maintain customer relations by consistently being courteous, professional, and positive
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all driving laws, jobsite regulations, and wearing designated PPE
