About the Role
DOCURE Berlin is a respected practice in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, known for innovative procedures and patient-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated individual for patient management, medical assistant duties, and minimally invasive treatments to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greeting, registering, and coordinating appointments in person, by phone, and email
- Preparing and organizing medical consultations
- Advising patients up to contract signing or surgery booking
- Creating invoices, cost estimates, and fee agreements
- Independently performing delegable minimally invasive treatments
- Postoperative wound checks
- Managing materials and inventory in treatment rooms
- Adhering to hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or comparable qualification
- Strong service and patient orientation with confident, professional communication skills
- Enjoyment of consultation and sales, with a good sense for patient needs
- Structured, independent work style and organizational skills
- Medical expertise and willingness to safely perform delegable minimally invasive treatments
- Ability to work efficiently under stress and cooperate in a small team
