About the Role
As a Digital Production Artist on the Creative Production team, you will be critical in delivering high-quality photography assets to drive site conversion and meet business objectives. You will be responsible for file prep and optimization of photography files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring work meets Pottery Barn's photography standards.
Responsibilities
- Prep, optimize, organize, and upload high-volume product assets.
- Manage asset configuration and page builds within the internal content management system.
- Conduct ongoing QA testing and testing for seasonal launches.
- Monitor the website and resolve issues.
- Anticipate workload challenges and maintain communication with digital partners to ensure timely file deliveries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working on a digital asset production team for an eCommerce brand.
- Advanced knowledge in Web Content Management tools.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Airtable, Adobe Bridge, and Photoshop.
- Ability to learn Third Party Internal Systems.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing timelines and deliverables.
