About the Role

Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Full-Time Sales Supervisor responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in retail stores. This role requires maximizing sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, maintaining client contact beyond the initial sale, and upholding visual and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
Identify customer needs and overcome objections.
Conduct client development through phone, email, and written follow-up.
Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
Operate POS register and email systems.
Safeguard store inventory through loss prevention adherence.
Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
Manage client books and clienteling.

Requirements

Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
Must be sales-driven and goal-oriented.
Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
Willing to initiate contact with customers and identify their shopping needs.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email.
Able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
Able to use ladders or stairs.
