About the Role
This role involves the operational support of paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including campaign setup, budget management, and ongoing optimization. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), create performance reports, and contribute to creative testing and audience planning.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational management of paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Set up campaigns, manage budgets, and implement ongoing optimizations.
- Monitor relevant KPIs and create clear performance reports.
- Assist with creative testing and derive actionable learnings.
- Participate in audience, funnel, and media planning, and research platform updates, trends, and new ad formats.
- Prepare partner presentations and regular performance updates, and eventually manage smaller campaigns independently.
Requirements
- First practical experience with Paid Social, ideally on Meta and TikTok.
- Proficient with numbers, KPIs, and common reporting or campaign management tools.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Native-level German and good English language skills.
- Ideally, initial experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or in an agency environment.
