About the Role

Support our Digital Site Management in the ongoing maintenance and further development of our international online shops. Whether product data, translations, content maintenance, or minor technical adjustments - you ensure that our shops in all countries are always up-to-date, correct, and consistently maintained. A good opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of e-commerce processes and gradually take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Shop maintenance in multiple countries
• Maintenance and updating of product data, texts, images, and prices in our country-specific webshops
• Support with content localization (translations, adaptation to country-specific requirements)
• Shop checks for completeness, up-to-dateness, and correct display in all countries
• SEO and SEO best practices
• Support with campaigns and launches
• Entering landing pages, promotional pages, and seasonal content
• Support with the implementation of product launches and campaigns across all country shops
• Quality assurance
• Regular checks of shops (links, display, mobile view, functionality) across all country versions
• Documentation and reporting of errors, and support with their resolution
• Administrative support
• Maintenance of overviews, checklists, and release processes for the various country shops
• Support for Digital Site Management in daily business and task prioritization
• Collaboration with Digital Site Management, Performance Marketing, Design/Brand, and external translators/service providers

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce
• 5 years of experience with CMS/shop systems (especially Shopify) and proficient use of MS Office
• Highly structured, meticulous, and reliable working method - important when working with multiple country shops in parallel
• Good feel for language and attention to detail
• Very good German and good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Teamwork and initiative
• Initial team leadership experience is an advantage
