About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Manager at Enter, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, converting leads into interested prospects who are eager for their sales appointment. You will play a crucial role in guiding homeowners through the process of electrifying their homes and making them carbon-free.
Responsibilities
- Call inbound leads promptly and schedule confirmed appointments.
- Prepare each appointment with necessary information for Sales Managers.
- Ensure booked appointments are attended by maintaining commitment and providing an engaging introduction.
- Independently manage your pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring clean documentation and consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- Previous phone experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to be likeable and persuasive on the phone without being pushy.
- Attention to detail in documentation and handover, with foresight for next steps.
- Willingness to work in the office for the majority of the week, with two remote days.
