About the Role
The Business Development Team is seeking a student to support and coordinate the development and execution of projects and initiatives within the Yogourt and Cultured division. This role involves identifying and implementing Project Management process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective project planning, documentation, communication, and debriefing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and populate a database to capture project information.
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities in project information gathering, templates, automation, storage, retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in determining project risks through information gathering and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
- Develop communication templates and overviews for project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Perform other tasks related to Business Development Projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree/diploma (3rd or final year) in business administration, food technology, or engineering with a Project Management focus.
- Working towards CAMP designation is an asset.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP and Workfront or similar Project Management Software.
- Good understanding of key Project Management tools and processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and develop rapport with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential materials with discretion.
- Resourceful for problem-solving and resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset but not required.
