About the Role

The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience by motivating staff, monitoring food quality, and maintaining speed of service.

Responsibilities

Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
Acts as daily shift leader, providing customer and team support.
Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
Manages light food preparation.
Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
ServeSafe certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
Night and weekend availability required based on business needs.

Experience Level

1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere.

Education Level

High School Diploma or GED
