About the Role
As a Regional Business Manager for Critical Care, you will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of our life-sustaining medical products within the Southeast region of the UK. This field-based role, covering maternity leave until December 2027, is crucial for achieving company sales targets and expanding market share. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our innovative therapies.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote, generate, and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
- Liaise with Therapy Specialist Nurse on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc. which may have an impact on the FMC offering.
- Work closely with and support the development of Key Opinion Leaders.
- Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
Requirements
- Experienced healthcare sales professional with a strong track record in business development and customer relationship management.
- Skilled in consumable sales with exposure to capital equipment and deep understanding of healthcare environments.
- Strong communicator with influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted internal and external relationships.
- Analytical, strategic, and confident in territory planning, forecasting, and delivering against regional sales and market share targets.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiator with strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM and standard computer systems.
- Must possess a UK driving licence.
