About the Role
The Product Manager II will support the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve employee productivity and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products.
- Develop product roadmaps.
- Create presentations and executive materials.
- Drive user adoption.
- Develop communications and job aids.
- Support training and enablement efforts.
- Gather user feedback.
- Partner with Engineering on product enhancements and issue resolution.
- Review, analyze and may be responsible for leading initiatives related to the selection, design, development and promotion of new or existing products utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
- Participate in customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
- Leverage knowledge of emerging technologies to develop a business case, business plan, and roll-out for less complex products or initiatives through all applicable channels.
- Analyze product, technology, and market trends and third party requirements as necessary, to develop and design innovative features of new and/or existing products or enhancements.
- Manage the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of less complex products or initiatives.
- Recognize, anticipate and resolve operational and process problems that arise.
- Work with internal and external partners including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and may participate in client-facing activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze business results of recently introduced or existing products, coordinate reporting, and may recommend modifications to improve results.
- Drive business, financial and customer experience results for less complex products and initiatives and recommend modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing presentations, communications, training materials, and job aids.
- Product management knowledge, including roadmap development and strategy.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience driving product adoption and change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Understanding of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and engineering partners to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.
- University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
