About the Role
Intent HQ is seeking a Senior Applied AI Scientist to help customers achieve ROI from their first-party behavioral data by delivering cutting-edge Behavioral AI solutions. This role involves unraveling the complexities of behavioral AI for large and mid-market organizations, with a focus on insights and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Design and build core behavioral models as tooling for our behavioral AI product, using bleeding-edge deep learning techniques.
- Develop client prototypes of new behavioral insights to prove value and then push upstream into our core capabilities where appropriate.
- Ideate and prove out new, cutting-edge DS techniques that will accelerate our value, enhance our product, and grow our business.
- Help customers understand how to leverage our behavioral insights as features in their own models.
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and learn which kinds of behavioral insights will truly deliver ROI.
- Act as an evangelist and storyteller for behavioral data science in the context of agentic AI.
- Become a champion of Data Science and Applied AI internally and participate in our data science community.
Requirements
- Ability to creatively think through customer challenges and solve problems to productize science that delivers customer ROI.
- Ability to work with agents and harnesses to deliver deployable, production-ready code as part of product and engineering pods.
- Experience working closely and collaboratively with internal and external business stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Passionate about communicating and able to translate technical content in commercial terms for non-technical stakeholders.
