Work directly with the hiring manager to utilize AI tools for candidate screening, Slack bots, and KPI dashboards. This apprenticeship role involves a wide variety of tasks, all performed with an AI-first approach, allowing you to learn on the job while producing real work from the start.

- Build and update websites and internal tools using AI coding tools
- Build automations and integrations to remove repetitive work
- Pitch, test, and build new AI ideas
- Experiment with new AI tools and ramp up quickly
- Adapt to changing tools, priorities, and plans
- Independently solve problems by reading documentation, testing options, and asking specific questions when stuck
- Maintain organization of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups without reminders
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Obsessed with trying out new AI tools and ramping up on them fast
- Have put AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Perplexity, or similar to work on real tasks and can show what was built
- Pick up new tools and ideas quickly
- Can point to things taught yourself and put to real use
- Adjust and keep working instead of waiting for things to settle
- Interested in how AI actually gets work done
- Open to using AI on nearly everything
- Keep tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups in order without reminders
