About the Role
Success Academy is hiring an Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to own core People programs, sharpen HR operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to Network Office leaders, interacting directly with executive-level stakeholders on talent challenges. This role is central to talent and workforce strategy, offering independent ownership, high-visibility work, and the opportunity to improve messy processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation cycles, talent reviews, engagement surveys, and exit trend analysis, presenting findings directly to senior leadership.
- Serve as a strategic partner for Network Office executives on employee-relations issues, providing data and recommendations.
- Surface workforce trends and insights to inform executive decision-making on hiring, performance, and retention.
- Remove bottlenecks, retire outdated tools, and ensure everyday HR processes run smoothly.
- Communicate proactively across teams, keep work on track, and meet deadlines.
- Act with transparency, learn from mistakes, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, including managing HR programs, employee relations, or workforce data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday HCM required) and data tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Proven track record of independently managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of core HR practices, labor laws, and team dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree.
