Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service consistently.
- Welcome clients warmly, understand their needs, and guide them to products.
- Manage stock efficiently through pair checking and stockroom organization.
- Maintain shop floor tidiness, replenishment, and store standards.
- Support sales targets through individual and team efforts.
- Promote loyalty programs and their benefits to customers.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities.
- Act as a brand role model adhering to uniform standards.
- Participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador.
