About the Role
Serve as a strategic and analytical HR professional embedded with the Customer Success organization, acting as a trusted people advisor. This role focuses on helping leaders build high-performing, engaged teams within a global martech company, with a seat at the table for workforce planning, org design, talent strategy, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Coach and advise Customer Success leaders on employee engagement, retention, culture, organizational design, and change management.
- Act as a strategic partner on workforce planning, including build vs. buy decisions, geographic expansion, cost optimization, contingent labor, and M&A.
- Lead or support change management initiatives tied to organizational design changes.
- Support leaders in translating employee survey results into actionable plans.
- Monitor retention risk through exit interviews and proactive conversations.
- Advise on individual people topics and manage hiring and downsizing initiatives.
- Drive adoption of enterprise talent programs such as compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
- Undertake ad hoc HR projects as the business evolves.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, building credibility and influencing without authority.
- Strong business acumen, considering people decisions within the context of business outcomes.
- Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and change management in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
- Ability to work effectively with regional HR partners across geographies and time zones.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Ability to facilitate presentations and difficult conversations with senior leadership.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools and bringing a practical perspective on AI's value in HR.
