About the Role
Implicity is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the next chapter of design, reporting to the Head of Product. This hands-on role involves owning design for complex features, collaborating with clinical users, and maturing design systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, idea-driven, and passionate about shaping design in the age of AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead design on product features from problem framing to UI handoff.
- Gain a deep understanding of clinical workflows to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve Figma and Claude design systems and design principles.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for acceleration and idea generation.
- Support PMs with prototypes and small features.
- Test and iterate on AI-driven design processes.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex, data-dense products.
- Experience redesigning or evolving existing products.
- Hands-on experience building or maturing a design system.
- French and English fluency required.
- Based in or able to commute to Paris.
- Portfolio submission is a must.
