About the Role

The Associate Client Relationship Leader (ACRL) supports the Zonal Leader and the team of Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs) in building and maintaining long-term, strategic client relationships within the zone. This role assists in delivering AXA XL’s value proposition by providing support and coordination across client management activities, ensuring seamless service delivery. The ACRL is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a focus on supporting the team’s efforts and gaining deeper client insights.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CRLs in gathering information on clients’ businesses, industry trends, and risks.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities based on data and client interactions.
  • Support the execution of account strategies.
  • Prepare for stewardship meetings.
  • Help maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Aid in the coordination of internal resources across underwriting, claims, risk consulting, and operations to support client needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and facilitate communication between clients and CRLs.
  • Help address basic service issues and escalate more complex matters to senior team members.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Assist with preparing proposals and gathering feedback.
  • Help organize client events, gather feedback, and support ongoing engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of insurance principles, industry trends, and client management practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, translate findings into practical recommendations, and communicate insights clearly to business audiences.
  • Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, solutions-focused.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development of client relationship management skills.
