About the Role
The International Marketing Program Manager serves as a crucial communication link between international regional marketing teams, the global marketing team, and the Director of International Marketing. This role supports the consolidation of regional insights into actionable plans, establishes operational excellence through process refinement, and manages cross-functional projects from briefing to execution. Additionally, the position acts as a proxy for the Director of International Marketing, ensuring continuity and supporting strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support communication on timely projects and needs between Regional and HQ Marketing teams.
- Consolidate and prepare ongoing regional updates, decks, and written communications.
- Ensure teams have the right information, tools, and context to execute seasonal marketing plans.
- Respond quickly to last-minute requests from international teams, helping unblock issues.
- Balance planned work with urgent requests, maintaining attention to detail.
- Build and refine repeatable processes in alignment with GTM, including planning, calendars, budgets, production, execution, and reporting.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in ways of working and propose practical solutions.
- Document and establish best practices for workflows specific to creative development, visibility, and approvals.
- Compile and analyze inputs, including regional feedback, execution status, campaign performance, and marketplace insights.
- Create clear reports and readouts to support decision-making and prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional projects on behalf of INTL regions from briefing to execution.
- Manage communication, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
- Support campaign rollouts and regional activations.
- Serve as a trusted partner and proxy to INTL Marketing Director.
- Assist in preparation of materials for leadership.
- Support additional administrative requests when needed.
Requirements
- Experienced in project management, ranging from small tasks to major marketing initiatives.
- Proven communicator, able to deliver clear and timely communication to an international audience.
- Proficient in prioritization, balancing multiple projects at a time with high attention to detail and organization.
- Adept collaborator with high interpersonal and executive functioning skills.
- Proactive and assertive in follow-through with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team-building skills and techniques to lead projects from inception through successful implementations.
- Ability to create and implement strategic decision-making and provide guidance to a diverse group of international partners.
