The energy industry is undergoing a profound transformation. Join us in actively shaping this change with our clients, advising energy and utility companies on digital transformation and IT projects. You will analyze business processes, organizations, and IT landscapes, develop solutions, and guide the implementation of digital strategies.

Responsibilities

Advise companies in the energy and utility sector on digital transformation and IT projects.
Analyze business processes, organizations, and IT landscapes and develop appropriate solutions.
Collect, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Develop conceptual designs and target visions for digital solutions and translate them into concrete requirements.
Support the implementation together with business departments and development teams.
Take responsibility for sub-projects and support clients in implementing their digital transformation agenda.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies, e.g., in (Business) Informatics, Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
First to several years of professional experience in consulting, requirements engineering, or the implementation of transformation projects.
Ideally, prior experience or project insights in the energy and utility sector.
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working at the interface between business and IT.
Willingness to travel.
