About the Role
DV Trading is seeking a tech-savvy individual interested in learning IT operations. This internship offers opportunities to provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues
- Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed
- Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base
- Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking
- Provide friendly and professional support to end-users
Requirements
- Expected to graduate by Summer 2028
- A keen interest in technology and IT systems
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team
