About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can be both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on doer. You'll work directly with partners and firm leaders to sharpen our market visibility, keep our brand sharp and consistent, and support our partner’s business development efforts. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives on variety and likes seeing their work directly move the needle on growth.
Responsibilities
- Turn technical expertise into compelling, market-facing content including articles, newsletters, client alerts, and social media.
- Interview subject-matter experts, manage the content calendar, and keep an eye on industry trends worth writing about.
- Own RFP/RFQ responses and pitch materials from request to submission.
- Maintain our library of credentials, case studies, and boilerplates, and help partners walk into every pitch prepared and polished.
- Plan and run client and community events, webinars, and sponsorships from logistics to follow-up that deepen relationships and generate real opportunities.
- Keep our website and communications consistent, professional, and on brand across every channel.
- Support partners with prospect and client research, meeting prep, and follow-up.
- Keep our CRM and pipeline data sharp and help move opportunities from lead to close.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (equivalent experience welcome)
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services or another B2B environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills — you can translate technical expertise into content people want to read
- Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort working directly with senior partners and subject-matter experts
