About the Role
Join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY, as a Production Utility Worker. This hands-on role involves assisting with production and assembly tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety protocols. No prior experience is necessary, only a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production operations
- Measure materials accurately
- Read and use a ruler (understanding feet vs. inches)
- Calculate square footage as needed
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
- Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE
- Punctual and have reliable transportation to work
- Positive attitude, team player, and can work independently when needed
- Strong basic math skills and comfortable in a hands-on environment
- Ability to accurately read a ruler
- Ability to calculate square footage
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- At least 18 years of age
