About the Role
As an Editorial Intern, you will be part of our Product Operations Team, actively contributing to one of our most exciting growth phases. You will support the operational implementation and quality assurance of expanding menu offerings and introducing future-oriented tools, elevating editorial processes with a focus on precision, efficiency, and innovative solutions. This internship is limited to a maximum of 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the content and formal quality of our recipes and actively supporting the rollout of the menu expansion.
- Actively shaping and coordinating daily editorial processes, from photo briefings to publishing recipes.
- Supporting the introduction of new tech features and structured transfer of existing processes into the new system.
- Close collaboration with the team to quickly resolve technical challenges and provide feedback for workflow optimization.
- Assisting in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-powered solutions for text creation and automation of editorial processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Media/Communications, German Studies, Business Administration, Oecotrophology, or a related field.
- High conscientiousness, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain an overview even with changing priorities.
- Solution-oriented, proactive approach, and flexibility in the face of change.
- Good command of German and English (C1 level each) for independent content review and coordination.
- Interest and enjoyment in learning new internal tools and CMS systems.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, openness to using AI tools, and enthusiasm for testing their potential in daily work.
