About the Role
This role will support operational processes and product development, assisting with the implementation of solutions in the appointed region.
Responsibilities
- Participate in consultation sessions to gather stakeholders’ requirements and needs
- Translate business needs into business requirement definitions
- Document the product development lifecycle and analyze data
- Provide technical input on quality gaps to the development team to improve product quality
- Assist in the preparation of quality testing and follow up with stakeholders
- Support training for APLL teams for product familiarization and product launch flows
- Act as the first point-of-contact for customer-related issues, providing ongoing and post-implementation support
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Previous experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors is an asset
- Skilled at working with cross-functional teams
- Able to manage a product backlog and work with stakeholders to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English to a high-level; any other European language is an asset
