About the Role
NEXTON is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a structured UX team within a product and agile environment for a major banking client. This role involves designing web and mobile user journeys for a large audience, focusing on strategic projects with significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design web and mobile user journeys, from userflows to interactive prototypes on Figma.
- Create wireframes and define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors.
- Participate in user research (interviews, tests, analysis) and leverage insights.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints with product teams.
- Conduct UX benchmarks and audits, and analyze user feedback and analytics data.
- Collaborate daily with POs, BAs, developers, UI Designers, and UX Writers within an agile team.
- Implement the UX vision and ensure adherence to guidelines and journey consistency.
Requirements
- Higher education (BAC+5) with at least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam (design and prototyping).
- Experience with research tools like Lookback or Optimal Workshop is ideal.
- Strong UX production capabilities: userflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes.
- Comfortable working in an agile/product environment and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Ability to work within an established vision and guidelines with rigor and attention to detail.
- Experience with mobile applications and/or in the banking or fintech sector is a plus.
- Autonomous, curious, attentive, humble, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
