About the Role
Join one of Germany's largest environmental organizations and support our member and donor service. This role offers flexibility to balance with your studies and a chance to contribute to environmental protection.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members and donors, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
- Maintain and update member and donor data in the database.
- Assist with daily tasks in member and donor services.
- Provide organizational and administrative support, including collaboration with marketing, public relations, volunteer management, and accounting.
Requirements
- Identification with environmental and nature conservation issues.
- Service and quality orientation in dealing with members and donors.
- Structured work approach with attention to detail.
- Quick comprehension and strong team orientation.
- Database knowledge is an advantage.
