About the Role

We qualify people for the job market and give them new career prospects. Responsibilities

• Provide qualified teaching in one or more of the following subject areas in the field of "Real Estate Economics": Construction projects, Financing, Commercial rental, Land transactions, Residential rental, administration, maintenance, Brokerage
• Independently prepare your teaching assignments and create teaching materials as required by the assignment.
• Conduct teaching methodologically and didactically according to modern findings in adult education.

Requirements

• Teaching experience of at least 2 years is ideal, but career changers are also welcome.
• Vocational training and/or professional experience as a real estate agent or comparable qualifications.
• Knowledge of the IHK examination procedures for the "Real Estate Agent" occupational profile is desirable.
• Reliability and commitment.
