About the Role
We qualify people for the job market and give them new career prospects. Responsibilities
- Provide qualified teaching in several of the following subject areas in the field of "Real Estate Brokerage":
- Holistic brokerage activities considering legal, economic, and operational aspects
- Market, location, and property analysis
- Valuation methods, especially comparative, income, and cost-based approaches, as well as the determination of market value
- Creation and analysis of professional real estate exposé
- Legal bases, competition law, and central principles and duties of brokerage activities
- Types of brokerage contracts as well as prerequisites and special features of commission claims
- Independently prepare teaching assignments and create teaching materials as required
- Conduct teaching methodically and didactically according to modern adult education principles
Requirements
- Teaching experience of at least 2 years is ideal, but career changers are also welcome
- Vocational training and/or professional experience as a real estate agent or comparable qualifications
- Knowledge of the IHK examination procedures for the "Real Estate Agent" profession is desirable
- Reliability and commitment
