About the Role
We are seeking a Team Lead for our Dispatch team to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating processes, and developing efficient solutions. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the three-person dispatch team.
- Steer and ensure needs-based deployment, shift, and absence planning across locations.
- Coordinate daily dispatch processes and monthly duty roster finalization for payroll preparation.
- Coordinate and communicate with employees, clients, and internal interfaces.
- Ensure high service and process quality and compliance with relevant specifications and standards.
- Analyze and optimize existing dispatch processes.
- Create and evaluate relevant reports and key figures, and derive appropriate measures.
- Work closely and coordinate with location team leads and the HR team.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in service planning and personnel dispatch in a service industry (e.g., hotel industry, flight attendant, customer service, or similar).
- Initial leadership experience, potentially in a deputy role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work style.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Proficient in common MS Office programs.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- A short CV is sufficient for application.
