About the Role

For Clé de Peau Beauté, we are seeking an experienced sales professional for the counter at KaDeWe Berlin in full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). Clé de Peau Beauté, part of the international Shiseido Group, combines Japanese skin research and technology with high-quality formulations, exceptional craftsmanship, and a high standard of quality and service. Experience in beauty or skincare is welcome but not a prerequisite; proficiency in luxury sales is essential.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers and confidently lead sales conversations to closing.
• Build long-term customer relationships and practice active clienteling.
• Work with sales targets and take responsibility for your revenue.
• Provide individual, high-level consultations to international guests and regular Berlin customers.
• Actively contribute your experience and own ideas to daily business.
• Work independently yet collaboratively within a team of 5-6 people.
• Advise on high-quality luxury skincare; product knowledge will be provided.

Requirements

• Proven success in luxury or high-end retail, such as in beauty, fashion, jewelry, watches, accessories, or a comparable high-value sales environment.
• Strong experience in active selling.
• Enjoyment of demanding clientele and high-quality service.
• Strong sales and closing orientation.
• Confident and reliable demeanor.
• Fluent German at C-level.
• Willingness to work 2-3 Saturdays per month regularly.
• Experience with luxury beauty, skincare, or at KaDeWe is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in other luxury segments is welcome if active customer approach, clienteling, sales targets, and closing strength are part of your daily work.

• €3,300 gross fixed salary per month
• €550 bonus per month at 100% target achievement
