About the Role

This role is for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and personable self-starter who can build an active sales pipeline. You will deliver significant incremental revenue and growth by packaging, positioning, and presenting value-added services to existing and new partners and retailers. The role connects to every area of the business, offering scope to build diverse experience and skills within the eCommerce machine. You will be responsible for commercial discussions with retailers and publishers to drive business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Distribution Managed Services (DMS) business commercial success globally.
  • Represent Green Man Gaming with integrity and knowledge, acting as a resource for business partners.
  • Harness data to present compelling proposals and define milestones for commercial goals.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.
  • Own the commercial forecast and P&L for Distribution Managed Services.
  • Secure and close retail opportunities and hand over to Relationship Manager.
  • Build new relationships with retailers to identify and close opportunities and drive upside.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations to senior management.
  • Negotiate deals and understand contracts, licensing, and royalties.

Requirements

  • Well-connected and respected in the games industry.
  • In-depth, hands-on understanding of digital distribution and digital ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Extremely confident, clear communicator and presenter.
  • Experience with international markets and connections with decision-makers and retailers.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver flexibly to deadlines.
