Responsibilities
- Support one to two agile teams at client sites as a (Junior) Scrum Master.
- Embody agile values and promote continuous improvement.
- Coach cross-functional teams to enhance their self-organization.
- Implement and optimize agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Plan and moderate agile events, coaching involved roles.
- Build strong relationships with clients and within Scalian Germany.
- Communicate internally and externally, collaborating closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business Psychology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess prior experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, or in agile projects.
- Have sound knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and ideally scaling frameworks like SAFe.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
- Enjoy direct customer interaction.
- Promote agile processes and teamwork.
- Possess very good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Have good English language skills (written and spoken).
- Be willing to undertake regular business travel.
