Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Arrange interviews and send notifications to interviewers.
- Manage the progress of the interview process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and other necessary information.
- Handle inquiries from candidates.
- Create and manage recruitment-related documents.
- Provide logistical support for training and events, including venue arrangements, participant management, and coordination.
- Manage project progress and liaise with stakeholders.
- Compile data, create documents, and generate reports.
- Support the improvement and efficiency of business processes.
- Provide general support for Talent Acquisition (TA) functions.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the operation of recruitment events and information sessions.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks.
