This IT Degree Apprenticeship offers a 3-year program to kick-start your career in technology, providing invaluable work experience and industry qualifications equivalent to a university graduate. You will gain exposure to how Cisco's internal IT team delivers cutting-edge products and experiences, working with diverse business and technical teams, learning about advanced technology, and collaborating with industry experts. Potential areas of involvement include network building and management, Cisco software deployment, and AI infrastructure development. The program aims to equip you with the knowledge and experience necessary for a successful career in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Use problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions to specific opportunities and challenges.
- Learn about and support Cisco's internal IT portfolio and services to better enable global staff.
- Develop ideas for innovating and automating the internal IT portfolio and services.
- Learn about effective project delivery within an agile framework while meeting internal customer needs.
- Lead collaboration and contribution from different organizational areas across countries to drive project success.
- Build strong data skills to identify opportunities, spot trends, and aid business decision-making.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal customers to represent their voice in large-scale projects.
Requirements
- Hold an A Level or BTEC (or equivalent) with a minimum of 120 UCAS points.
- Achieve GCSE grades A* to C in English & Maths.
- Educational attainment in STEM subjects is preferred but not essential.
