About the Role
As a Retail Assistant in Sephora, you are a Beauty Advisor fundamental to the store team, inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves. You will have the opportunity to work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments, equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning to help customers discover Sephora's offerings. Your options for discovery and career growth are endless as part of Sephora and the LVMH community.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
- Work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
- Help customers discover Sephora's amazing offerings.
- Provide a welcoming environment to listen and embrace customer needs.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
- Share knowledge of iconic brands with team members and customers.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.
