About the Role
Knight Frank is seeking a talented Data Centre Surveyor or Data Centres professional to join its growing Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team in London. This role offers exceptional career development and exposure to major global projects within a market-leading, fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
- Support the valuation of data centre assets across EMEA.
- Analyze complex financial and operational information to support valuation assignments.
- Build, maintain, and refine discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
- Review client financial statements, construction contracts, power agreements, and legal due diligence documentation.
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis to inform valuation assumptions.
- Support project leaders on high-profile valuation and advisory mandates.
- Contribute to market research and analysis of data centre sector dynamics.
- Assist in preparing valuation reports and client deliverables.
- Develop expertise in valuation methodologies, including Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.
Requirements
- Strong numerical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience creating or amending DCF models.
- Background in property valuation, finance, real estate, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
