  • Own the response to product incidents, recalls and engagement with regulators.
  • Bring product and packaging compliance together under one consistent approach, leading the Product Compliance Manager and Packaging Compliance Manager.
  • Partner with our brands and senior stakeholders to identify risk early and ensure compliance is built into the product journey.
  • Lead the Product Regulatory Compliance Committee, manage external consultants and shape our compliance technology roadmap.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs or product safety within consumer goods, ideally apparel or footwear.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU product and packaging regulation, including areas such as REACH, ESPR, PPWR and EPR.
  • Experience turning regulatory requirements into clear compliance strategies, standards and ways of working.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets, product categories or brands.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to bring different compliance specialisms together as one team.
