About the Role
Securitas is seeking Team Leaders for the patrol and intervention service at various locations in Berlin. This role involves leading and developing a team, ensuring efficient operations, and managing security processes.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the team in the mobile service with a focus on quality, cooperation, and operational excellence.
- Efficient deployment planning and control to ensure smooth, customer-oriented service operations.
- Ensuring transparent and proper management of all relevant work equipment and deployment documents.
- Professional management of special incidents, including risk assessment, escalation, and reporting.
- Control of complex interventions and alarm responses, as well as targeted coordination of all involved parties.
- Continuous development of security, quality, and data protection processes for sustainable service improvement.
Requirements
- Trade knowledge according to §34a GewO.
- Valid driver's license class B.
- Criminal record without entries.
- Very good German language skills (other language skills are an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards employees, customers, and the control center.
- Very good organizational and planning skills for deployments and tours.
- Leadership experience.
- High decision-making and action competence, even in stressful situations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and careful documentation practices.
- Service and customer-oriented work approach.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to work shifts, nights, and weekends.

Salary/Compensations
- €16.95/hour according to BDSW collective agreement
- Monthly allowance of €350 gross
- Tax-free collective allowances for night work (20%), Sunday work (25%), and public holidays (50%) according to BDSW collective agreement
