About the Role
We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager to join Ferrero on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in supporting sustainable and profitable growth across the business. This role combines commercial expertise with data and business intelligence to influence strategic decision-making, optimise investment, and identify opportunities to improve customer, channel, and product performance. You will help shape our approach to pricing, trade investment, product and customer mix, and commercial performance, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. As a trusted business partner, you will bring both challenge and insight to commercial decisions, helping the business understand not only what is happening, but why – and where the greatest opportunities for profitable growth exist.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of pricing and commercial performance across key customers and channels, ensuring pricing recommendations, discount structures, and commercial proposals support revenue and profitability objectives.
- Provide clear visibility of trade margin performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the UK profit pool, helping identify opportunities to strengthen sustainable growth.
- Evaluate trade investment and promotional effectiveness, using data and insight to assess return on investment and identify opportunities to optimise commercial spend.
- Provide constructive challenge and recommendations that support stronger commercial decision-making and maximise value creation.
- Monitor customer commercial returns and support the management of customer agreements and trade terms.
- Contribute to best-practice Joint Business Planning.
- Provide robust and independent analysis of major seasonal activity and significant commercial investment decisions, ensuring performance and learnings are clearly understood.
- Analyse customer and product mix performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and volume.
- Support the development of customer, brand, and SKU strategies, helping the business make informed choices around where and how to drive profitable growth.
- Strengthen commercial reporting and business intelligence using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Provide visibility of year-to-date performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities, enabling stakeholders to make faster, data-led decisions.
- Play an active role in budget and forecasting processes.
- Contribute customer and commercial insight into S&OP activities.
- Help embed meaningful commercial performance measures across planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Highly analytical and commercially minded professional.
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Business Intelligence, Commercial Finance, or a related commercial discipline.
- Ideally experience within FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial and P&L drivers.
- Experience analysing volume, revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
- Strong Power BI and data analysis capability.
- Ability to identify trends, build meaningful commercial insights, and communicate complex information clearly and engagingly.
- Confident challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders.
- Credibility to operate as a trusted partner across Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing, and other commercial functions.
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to see the wider commercial picture.
- Ability to prioritise areas that can make the greatest difference.
- Experience in areas such as trade terms and investment optimisation, category management, key account management, project management, or commercial process improvement would be advantageous.
