About the Role
The Principal Product Manager will own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience for the Enterprise Content Hub, a critical product for delivering financial education across brands and enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of consumer product expertise and an understanding of enterprise scalability, focusing on creating a reusable, configurable, and measurable solution.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Content Hub.
- Define the complete consumer journey across discovery, navigation, consumption, and engagement.
- Manage product systems and workflows for a shared Contentful-based library across tenants.
- Develop a reusable, multi-tenant product experience for various Gen brands and external partners.
- Define product requirements and prioritization for embeds, styling, eligibility, analytics, and integrations.
- Establish the operating model for onboarding new tenants and content strategies.
- Define the measurement framework for consumer engagement, content performance, and business impact.
- Manage roadmap tradeoffs balancing consumer value, enterprise reusability, speed, complexity, and maintainability.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision for the Enterprise Content Hub.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify high-value problems and opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, roadmaps, and rollout plans.
- Partner with Design to create a consumer-grade experience.
- Work with Engineering on technical decisions for integration, multi-tenancy, and configuration.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Product leadership on integration, configurability, and scalability.
- Partner with Content leadership to shape content structures, taxonomies, and distribution rules.
- Use data to understand user behavior and improve engagement and monetization.
- Establish a disciplined experimentation and learning agenda.
- Drive cross-functional execution from concept through launch.
- Communicate priorities, decisions, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing products.
- Demonstrated success leading a complex product area as a senior individual contributor with autonomy and cross-functional influence.
- Strong consumer-product judgment across discovery, navigation, engagement, retention, personalization, recommendations, experimentation, and experience quality.
- Experience working on products serving multiple brands, clients, markets, platforms, or configurable experiences.
- Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively on SDKs, web embeds, APIs, CMS architecture, data models, event tracking, attribution, integrations, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining success metrics, instrumentation, experiments, dashboards, and post-launch learning plans.
- A track record of converting ambiguous strategy into clear roadmaps, product requirements, decisions, and shipped outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and judgment.
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment and leading through influence.
