Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the U.S. At ZOLL, your work will help to ensure cardiac patients get the life-saving therapy they need.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order entry, appropriate shipping and pick-up instructions, and product supply according to customer delivery deadlines.
- Confirm delivery schedules and progress, promptly identify and report any delays or logistics issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Arrange prompt shipment of replacement products for urgent cases involving product defects or malfunctions that affect patient safety or treatment continuity, in collaboration with relevant departments and contractors.
- Gather necessary information, share the situation with stakeholders, and minimize impact on patients and medical institutions.
- Confirm information such as delivery destination, quantity, and shipping date for shipped products.
- Accurately manage shipping history by recording and verifying serial numbers and lot numbers to ensure traceability.
- Monitor the status of returned product collections and request sales department follow-up with customers for any unreturned items.
- Properly manage inventory of packing materials and other supplies, placing necessary orders to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for specification changes or revisions of materials and manage the transition.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of practical experience in logistics and warehouse operations from the shipper's perspective.
- Over 3 years of experience in inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a level necessary for business operations (data aggregation and processing using functions and pivot tables, creation of business documents and materials).
