About the Role

We are looking for you as a Test Manager Communication Management (m/f/d) at the Berlin location (hybrid).

Responsibilities

You will take over the strategic planning, control, and monitoring of all test activities throughout the entire software lifecycle in regulated projects.
You are responsible for the creation and continuous maintenance of overarching test concepts, test plans, test cases, and meaningful test reports.
You ensure requirement-based testing and guarantee complete traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
You form the central interface to project management, the development team, and other stakeholders (such as QA and Certification) and ensure compliance with the specifications from change and configuration management.

Requirements

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in software test management in a security-critical environment.
You possess sound knowledge of the DO-178C standard (especially DAL-D), a deep understanding of aviation-specific documentation requirements, and a structured, quality-oriented way of working.
You are absolutely proficient in using common test and requirements management tools such as Jama, Jira, Xray, and Pytest.
You have sound know-how in the Linux Network Stack, Layer 3 routing protocols, and common security functions and architectures.
You are characterized by exceptional communication and coordination skills for goal-oriented collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Very good spoken and written German is required for effective communication in the project environment and with our German-speaking customers.
