About the Role
The Data Analyst develops, maintains, and optimizes healthcare reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This role delivers reports and dashboards that transform data into actionable insights to improve decision-making, patient outcomes, and organizational performance. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable, and user-centric analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, business, and organizational objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into effective reports, dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and analytical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for reporting solutions, troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, security, and compliance of reporting data through testing, validation, reconciliation, quality assurance, and adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
- Provide user training and technical guidance, support project delivery and stakeholder coordination, develop healthcare domain knowledge, and contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, data validation, documentation, and user support.
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of clinical, operational, and healthcare data workflows, as well as data governance, security, and regulatory requirements, are preferred.
