About the Role
Develop and grow relationships and revenue within the region, ensuring the mission of Improving Patient Care is furthered. Grow the region in line with company targets while delivering a timely and robust recruitment service to candidates and clients with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Source and generate referrals, database mining, sourcing via social media, and selling the agency/opportunity.
- Manage the pipeline by prioritizing, building, and maintaining relationships, and supporting compliance in collecting documentation.
- Obtain and update candidate availability.
- Manage the candidate database, ensuring all notes are on the system.
- Proactively resolve candidate queries and issues.
- Source new nurses, nurture existing nurses, and handle cancellations from clients and candidates.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with colleagues in compliance, sales, and payroll.
- Handle basic payroll queries, chase missing timesheets, manage and support rejected timesheets, and release timesheets from the team.
- Conduct follow-up calls after the first shift to ensure high service levels.
- Perform welfare calls to workers, promoting a strong customer experience.
- Develop client relationships and maximize opportunities.
- Manage the pipeline.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are required.
- Commitment to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
- Comfortable working US shifts and from the office.
