About the Role
Take ownership of the infrastructure behind a fast-growing AI company's production AI platform. Work across Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD to solve challenges related to scalability, reliability, security, and running AI workloads. Influence key architecture decisions and help shape platform scaling.
Responsibilities
- Solve challenges around scalability, reliability, and security of the production AI platform.
- Operate and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters.
- Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm.
- Deploy and operate microservices and distributed systems.
- Implement and manage multi-tenant architecture, security, and data isolation.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, reliability, and production performance solutions.
- Reduce manual infrastructure and operational work through automation.
- Take end-to-end ownership and make infrastructure/architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with production infrastructure and cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience with Terraform, including infrastructure management through IaC.
- 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including operating and troubleshooting production clusters.
- Polish speaking ability.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure production environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
- Strong CI/CD experience, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Experience deploying and operating microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with multi-tenant architecture, security, and data isolation.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, reliability, and production performance.
- Automation-first mindset.
- Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership and making infrastructure/architecture decisions.
