About the Role

Ensure the smooth technical operation of events and delight our customers. You will be responsible for the professional setup and dismantling of event technology and equipment in our locations. You will technically manage events, overseeing lighting, sound, media, and all other technical aspects. You will serve as the technical point of contact for clients during events, adeptly resolving any challenges that arise. You will manage live streams and hybrid formats, ensuring professional technical execution. You will collaborate closely with our event and catering teams to create a seamless event experience. You will maintain and care for our equipment, staying updated on new developments and possibilities. During the off-season, you will support our facility team with manual tasks around our locations. As the operator of the French Cathedral viewing platform, three event locations, and an active network member, BESONDERE ORTE offers a wide range of additional tasks and activities beyond daily business.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth technical operation of events and delight our customers.

Requirements

Completed training as a specialist for event technology.
First professional experience in the event sector, familiar with live event processes.
Interest in the latest industry developments and engagement with new devices and software solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to switch between them.
Customer-oriented approach, maintaining composure in stressful situations.
Resilient, flexible with working hours, and enjoys working in various locations.
Ideally possess a trainer's license (AEVO) or willingness to obtain one, and enjoy mentoring trainees.
