About the Role
Stellantis &You is looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) to join their highly motivated sales team at the Berlin-Tempelhof location. This role involves advising customers throughout the entire service process, from initial consultation to vehicle handover.
Responsibilities
- Customer consultation in all phases of the service process, from initial consultation to vehicle handover
- Order creation for workshop or warehouse services, as well as for warranty work
- Creation of cost calculations and sales promotion discussions for accessories
- Monitoring of all maintenance, repair, and care work
- Processing and documentation of warranty and goodwill cases
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training and several years of professional experience
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good technical understanding with a pronounced affinity for automobiles
- Customer-oriented behavior, confident demeanor, professional handling even in difficult situations
- Good commercial knowledge is desirable
