Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, including event/seminar marketing, digital marketing, telemarketing, and social media marketing.
- Manage and process numerical data from campaigns and personal information of applicants, including checking, organizing, and classifying data.
- Assist with event and seminar planning and operation, including creating registration pages, managing registrants, creating and distributing promotional emails, on-site support, post-event data organization, and sales follow-up.
- Create content such as blog posts and newsletters.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform detailed tasks accurately, such as organizing and managing numerical data and personal information.
- Reading and writing proficiency in English is desirable due to various systems and communications being English-based.
- Interest in SAP's business and a willingness to learn.
- Creative thinking to generate new ideas and contribute to their execution.
- Internship duration of 6 months or more (extendable).
